‘Waiting On’ staff required to join our award winning team at the Cocina restaurant. We require friendly, outgoing and professional
applicants.  You need to be passionate about great service and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Ideally, you’ll have previous experience in the hospitality industry or bar work, but we can provide the right training for the right candidate.

Full uniform will be provided and our team make significant cash tips which you will benefit from. If you keep our guests coming back the rewards are there for you!

Junior Sous chef required
Similar experience in a hotel environment essential, looking for a candidate with strong leadership qualities to help maintain the standards of food and service that we achieve throughout all areas of the hotel
