Experienced Banqueting Chef

Casa Hotel’s 2 rosette kitchen is looking for an experienced Banqueting Chef to join their award winning team.

  • Knowledge of working with fresh & locally sourced produce,

  • Helping Head Chef developing menu’s and new dishes.
  • Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.

Casa Hotel offers a wide range of menus, using fine and fresh ingredients from locally sourced produce including our own farm, Walton Lodge Farm, and offers banqueting facilities for 2 – 280 guests.

Junior Sous Chef

Casa Hotel’s 2 rosette kitchen is looking for an experienced Junior Sous chef to join their award winning team.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in good quality establishments. You will be professional, hard working, and passionate about achieving excellence. You must be a team player and it is essential for you to be able to communicate effectively with junior members of the team to encourage them to work hard, offer training and keep standards high. In the absence of the head chef & Sous chef, you will be expected to run the kitchen, including maintaining high levels hygiene & safety standards.

Casa Hotel is looking for someone who is wanting to work hard and gain valuable experience, establishing themselves professionally & progress in their career.
