We really can’t thank you enough. We do clearly appreciate, that we were a demanding client and the staff at the Casa Hotel are an absolute credit to the owner. Nothing was ever too much trouble and our ‘constant’ demands and bizarre requests to Mark, were met, every time, with an unwavering smile and a “no problem”.
Katie on reception was also very helpful indeed, as was Lucy the night manager and your porter/driver (whose name I can’t recall, my apologies).
All the waiting and kitchen staff were also lovely, Mark absolutely had them working efficiently and enthusiastically for him and you really can feel that the Casa consists of like-minded people, with a common goal – to deliver good service. I can only assume this stems from your management, but so incredibly refreshing – as you can imagine, we spend a lot of time in hotels / venues!
I have already recommended the Casa to my colleague, just this afternoon, for an event for Audi, so I do genuinely hope that we will be able to use the Casa Hotel again.View More Testimonials >
