I just wanted to drop a quick email to say thank you for your help with regards to booking and upgrading the room last week.

Nothing seemed like too much trouble for you and I was certain that everything would be as described when we checked in. When we checked in we were very stressed (from the journey) but that dissipated as soon as we saw the room was better than we could have hoped for.

There was a slight problem with the Hot Tub but this was sorted without question by Lucy (didn’t get her second name) on reception and she apologised for any inconvenience.

The general attitude of the staff was brilliant, all very friendly and welcoming including the staff that served us for breakfast on Saturday morning.

We will definitely be looking to stay at Casa hotels in the future and have already recommended them to all our friends!
