What can I say – practically speechless !!  Thank you so much for the upgrade [possible mistake – want to move in] and especially for the flowers as well.  I can honestly say I have never stayed at a hotel where the customer service is faultless – you all deserve an award for that.

It’s been a real pleasure staying her – you cover absolutely everything and everything is first class all the way.

Hope to catch up with you on Monday before I finally leave – just hope I get drafted back into this district.

I will continue to sing all your praises.
