Tell us about your role, what does your typical day look like?

When I arrive in a morning, I always make sure all the suites are ready for the day as well as restocking the conference grazing station. I meet and greet our corporate guests and show them to their designated suites, along with answering any questions they may have and helping with technical support. Myself and my team manage the day to day running of our busy conference suites. Setting up and clearing down is also an important part of my day.

What’s your favourite part of the job?

I really enjoy meeting new people so I would have to say meeting and greeting our guests.

I love a pint of Neck Oil!

Name your biggest achievement whilst working here

I’d say my biggest achievement is being promoted to Conference and Events Supervisor. I have adapted the department to ensure we can meet guest expectations on a daily basis.

I do enjoy a Rich Tea finger.
