We offer a variety of enhancements to bedrooms for an additional charge to ensure your stay is extra special. From fresh rose petals to welcome you into your bedroom or a chilled bottle of our house Champagne to sip upon arrival, we have everything needed to ensure a relaxing and memorable stay.

Complimentary parking is available to all hotel residents and guests. You may be asked to supply your car registration details upon arrival for security purposes.
There are 4 electric car charging pods for our guests to use on a first come first serve basis. If you wish to use these during your stay, ahead of your arrival you’ll need to download the Pod-Point app and follow the instructions to connect.
We do not have a specific menu for children however we can offer half portions from our main menu. We can also accommodate new and adapt existing menu items to suit children.
A reservation is not required for either of our Cocina restaurant or Barca bar however we recommend making one in Cocina to guarantee a table.

Reservation for Deluxe rooms with flexible rates must be cancelled before 3.00pm the day prior to arrival to avoid charge. Cancellations after time are chargeable in full. Advance purchase reservations and suite reservations are non-cancellable and transferrable.

A pre-authorisation is a temporary hold of a specific amount of the available balance on a credit or debit card. The pre-authorisation is not a charge and no funds have been debited from your account. The pre-authorisation simply guarantees us that the funds are available to pay for any charges incurred. Any amount owed will be refunded within 14 days. Unfortunately, this is dictated by the bank and not something within our control. We are a busy hotel with an events and conferencing suite. Whilst our team will manage events to reduce disruption, there may be times where events run on up to 1am. We will do our best to allocate rooms to ensure guests have the most peaceful stay but guests should inform reception immediately should there be an issue during their stay.
