Are there any special touches I can add to my room?
We offer a variety of enhancements to bedrooms for an additional charge to ensure your stay is extra special. From fresh rose petals to welcome you into your bedroom or a chilled bottle of our house Champagne to sip upon arrival, we have everything needed to ensure a relaxing and memorable stay.
These enhancements will be available upon making the reservation or guests can add these by contacting our reception team via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is free parking available?
Complimentary parking is available to all hotel residents and guests. You may be asked to supply your car registration details upon arrival for security purposes.
Do you offer a children’s menu?
We do not have a specific menu for children however we can offer half portions from our main menu. We can also accommodate new and adapt existing menu items to suit children.
Do I need to make a reservation to dine in the Cocina restaurant or the Barca bar?
A reservation is not required for either of our Cocina restaurant or Barca bar however we recommend making one in Cocina to guarantee a table.

What is the cancellation policy for your bedrooms?
Reservation for Deluxe rooms with flexible rates must be cancelled before 3.00pm the day prior to arrival to avoid charge. Cancellations after time are chargeable in full. Advance purchase reservations and suite reservations are non-cancellable and transferrable.

What do I do if there is noise or disruption caused by other guests during my stay?
We are a busy hotel with an events and conferencing suite. Whilst our team will manage events to reduce disruption, there may be times where events run on up to 1am. We will do our best to allocate rooms to ensure guests have the most peaceful stay but guests should inform reception immediately should there be an issue during their stay.
