Check-in is available from 3:00pm daily, with check-out by 11:00am on the day of departure.
We operate a cashless reception, and all accommodation reservations and payments, including those for events and weddings, must be made using a valid credit or debit card.
Cash payments are accepted in our bars and restaurant, although card payments are preferred.
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Proof of identification may be requested upon check-in.
We reserve the right to pre-authorise your credit or debit card during your stay. A pre-authorisation is a temporary hold on available funds and is not an immediate charge.
A £50 pre-authorisation per room, per night is required to cover any additional charges incurred during your stay. Any unused funds will be released in accordance with your card provider’s processing times.
Standard Rate Reservations
All standard room reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival time (3:00pm on the day before arrival) to avoid cancellation charges.
Cancellations made after this deadline will be charged the full reservation amount.
Advance Purchase & Suite Reservations
All advance purchase and suite reservations are non-cancellable, non-transferable and non-refundable. Amendments, cancellations and refunds are not permitted under the terms of these rates.
For events offering a set or banqueting menu, final menu selections and full payment must be received at least two weeks before the event date.
After this deadline, any reduction in confirmed guest numbers will remain chargeable at the full agreed price. These charges cannot be transferred or offset against drinks or other services.
Certain events require a £20 per person deposit at the time of booking. All deposits are non-transferable.
For tables of six or more, a £10 per person deposit may be required to secure the reservation.
Valentine’s Day, Christmas and New Year’s Eve bookings require full pre-payment at the time of booking.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel, including all bedrooms and indoor public areas.
Guests wishing to smoke may use the designated outdoor smoking areas.
We operate a Challenge 25 policy across our hotel bars and restaurant.
Guests who appear to be under the age of 25 may be asked to provide valid photographic identification when purchasing alcohol.
Children under the age of three stay free of charge.
Reduced breakfast rates are available for children aged 12 and under.
Small dogs are welcome on request, subject to availability and an additional charge per night.

We reserve the right to restrict attendance at selected hotel-hosted events and party nights to guests aged 18 and over.
Age restrictions will be communicated where applicable and form part of our hotel event policies.
We collect and process guest personal information where necessary to manage reservations, provide hotel services and communicate important information relating to a stay.
This may include booking confirmations, pre-arrival information and post-stay communications, including requests for feedback or reviews, where permitted by applicable data protection and electronic marketing laws.
