Check-in service is available from 3.00pm, with check-out the morning of your stay available until 11.00am.
For those who have booked a suite with us, we require guests to present photo identification upon check-in.
All guests must be a minimum age of 18 with proof of identification to stay overnight.
We reserve the right to pre-authorise your credit or debit card during your stay. A pre-authorisation is a temporary hold of a specific amount of the available balance on a credit or debit card. The pre-authorisation is not a charge and no funds have been debited from your account. The pre-authorisation simply guarantees us that the funds are available to pay for any charges incurred. A £50 pre-authorisation is required per room, per night. Any money owed from this pre-authorisation will be returned within 14 days.
Reservation for Deluxe rooms with flexible rates must be cancelled before 3.00pm the day prior to arrival to avoid charge. Cancellations after this time are chargeable in full. Advance purchase reservations and suite reservations are non-cancellable and transferrable.
Casa is a non-smoking property. Those who smoke will be able to do so in our designated outdoor smoking areas.
We operate a challenge 25 policy throughout our bars and restaurant. Please be aware, when purchasing alcohol, you will be asked to show proof of ID if we believe you look under the age of 25.
Children under the age of 3 stay on a complimentary basis. Breakfast is charged at a reduced rate for children up to 12 years. Please be aware our Family Rooms are situated on the 2nd and 3rd floor above our conferencing suites.
We are a busy hotel with an events and conferencing suite. Whilst our team will manage events to reduce disruption, there may be times where events run on up to 1am. We will do our best to allocate rooms to ensure guests have the most peaceful stay, but guests should inform reception immediately should there be an issue during their stay.
We reserve the right to store each of our guests emails provided for operational purposes, including for post stay reviews as part of booking. We take all necessary precautions when corresponding with our guests, ensuring all emails, both operational and marketing, are fully GDPR compliant and respectful of our guest’s permissions.
We respectfully reserve the right to restrict our own hosted events and party nights to 18+ only. This is our hotel policy and may differ from other venues.
