Founded by entrepreneur Steve Perez, Casa was created as an independent boutique hotel, introducing a distinctive and first-of-its-kind offering to the area. As the only steakhouse in Derbyshire to feature both a Josper Grill and a DRY AGER®, the restaurant offers a truly distinctive dining experience in Chesterfield, where tradition meets innovation. A state-of-the-art dry-ageing cabinet allows the team to mature their own Belted Galloway beef on site, sourced from the private Walton Lodge Farm Estate just four miles away, set within the Derbyshire countryside.

The bar exclusively uses Franklin & Sons tonics, mixers and soft drinks. These award-winning beverages are produced by Global Brands, the independent drinks company founded by Steve Perez, reflecting a shared commitment to quality, provenance, and exceptional flavour.
