About Casa

Founded by entrepreneur Steve Perez, Casa was created as an independent boutique hotel, introducing a distinctive and first-of-its-kind offering to the area. From business meetings to weddings and special celebrations, the hotel provides an elegant and versatile setting where every occasion is designed to be truly memorable.

Since earning its AA four-star rating, Casa has continued to garner recognition, including TripAdvisor’s Travellers’ Choice Awards and the esteemed AA Hotel Silver Star Award.

A state-of-the-art dry-ageing cabinet allows the team to mature their own Belted Galloway beef on site, sourced from the private Walton Lodge Farm Estate just four miles away, set within the Derbyshire countryside.

Barça Bar exclusively uses Franklin & Sons tonics, mixers and soft drinks. The award winning range is produced by Global Brands, the independent drinks company founded by Steve Perez, reflecting a shared commitment to quality, provenance and flavour.
